An analytical solution of the problem of the externally statically indeterminate truss deflection with an arbitrary number of panels

The task is to obtain an analytical dependence on the number of panels of the deflection of a flat symmetrical truss under the action of a load uniformly distributed over the nodes of the upper belt. It is assumed that the rods of the truss are elastic, the stiffness of the rods is the same, and the hinges are ideal. By induction, a series of solutions for trusses with a different number of panels is generalized to an arbitrary case. All transformations are performed in the computer mathematics system Maple. The deflection is sought by the Maxwell-Mor formula.
